You may have opened this thinking about the crazy scenario your brain created last night while you slept. Yet, my intention here is to discuss the waking state of dreaming. I have noticed that it is very common for people to dream. This is not rocket science. I am sure you know people dream as well. I would even bet that you partake in the activity from time to time.
You may dream of traveling the world, building a house, finding love, looking different, starting a new job, feeling better and so so much more. The danger comes in stopping there. Some dreams may exceed the realistic- like traveling another galaxy this weekend. Yet, some dreams are possible with hard work and time. If your dream is possible, then it should be worked towards. Yes, the timeline may have to look different than you hope but it can still happen.
What I have noticed is that some of us who dream stop there. We do not believe in ourselves and our ability to reach these goals. I am here to tell you that is dangerous. Believing in yourself may feel scary. That is ok! You will be disappointed at times. You may feel like you have "failed". The truth is, if you never try you will never know what will happen. So practice not just dreaming but believing. Practice not just believing but taking action. each step counts.
